I currently have a requirement in London for a Senior CRM Developer, with the following details:

• Senior CRM Developer to work on a London based CRM 2011 project starting end-November.
• The project is scheduled to complete in March 2011, and the role will include design activity as well as development
• The project is site based so I need someone who is presentable, has good customer facing skills, can think on their feet, has spent time looking at the 2011 beta can conduct analysis and design.
• Some Silverlight experience might be useful.
• There is no option to offsite as the client kit is being used and it cannot leave site.
• The project is located in the Canary Wharf area of London
• The client operates in the Financial Services sector
• It is a standalone CRM project with no integration to an ERP or third party system
• The project is currently in the BPR and Analysis phase, so no sample development specifications are available
• If completed satisfactorily, this could lead to significant future project activity

Dynamics Resources have a requirement is for a Microsoft CRM/xRM specialist on a contract basis for 6-7 weeks beginning early Nov. based in Dublin.

The role is to act as the technical lead on an approx. 80 man day effort CRM project with 40 users. A high level design and implementation plan has been developed, so the next step is a detailed design which will take approx. 20 man days effort followed by the start of the build/system testing.

The solution will be developed on the MS CRM 2011 Online platform which is currently at beta but will be live in Jan. when the project goes into production.

The contractor will be responsible for:

• Completing the detailed design
• Leading the build of the solution working on certain components themselves and handing over other components to a development team for them to build under his/her supervision

We’d be looking for somebody with a similar level of experience in MS CRM ie. 3-4 years, somebody who has acted as the technical lead on projects including design and build and somebody who has worked with MS Dynamics CRM v4.0 and MS SQL Server 2005/8. MS exams completed in those technologies are a bonus.

Keys area of knowledge required are projects and product builder.

Must have implemented product builder solution. Also working knowledge of trade and logistics which should be a given for an operational consultant.

Some development knowledge would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
